Left Dave's RV Park at 10 a.m. Darrell and Wanda headed for Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff....Ben and I started toward Oregon. ........spent night at 108 Riding Stables

Trail rides in BC.........left at 7:30......Heritage House.....had b reakfast.......enjoyed 100 mile house and the outdoor farmers market...........going the gold rush trail.......got gas at Cache Creek.....saw lovely Rocky Mountains in BC...........big horn sheep......."Hell's Gate" before Hope BC......got gas at Hope

Arrived Sumers USA at 3:42 p.m. Stayed at Good Sam RV Park in Billingham, Wash.........saw Rock Gardens and left Billingham at 10:40 a.m. saw Cascades Nat. Park, Skagit Valley Gardens........really pretty.......Saw Lewis and Clark Museum

left Camping World at 8:20 after a good night's sleep........rainy and foggy.....Found Guaranty RV place in Junction City Oregon.........spen t night at Good Sam RV park in Lakesikde...................interesting sand dunes.....left at 9 a.m.

Taylor Dunes Trail ----- Golden Age pass---- spent night June 26 and left at 10 a.m....got to Coos Bay at 1 p.m. Had a very nice dinner with Lucy and Dante at Morocco Restaurant........spent nights at Lucky Loggers RV Park at Coos Bay Oregon......Ben went "crabbing" with Dante for a b rand-new experience!

Left Lucky Loggers RV park at 8 a.m. ....went on to Grant's Pass and talked with Choctaw sub-chief aqbout Indian info.....Got on Route 66 at Ashland to Klamath (River) Falls, Applegate trail, Oregon history.

Coming down Route 66 from Ashland we saw a sign to Lakeview RV Park (Good Sam) .........It was located a mile off the road on 8,200 acre ranch! With lakes, cattle, wildlife.........the owners had decideds ot offer folks pweace, quiet, and joys of nature and wildlife. free fishing (no license required) and tours of the ranch....Mary was really nice..cost: $25.00...........fish mostly trout..........Highway 140 is about like 66

got gas at Love's .....travelled.....got gas at Beatty Death Valley...........Nevada is HOT...112 degrees.

bought gas..........spent night at Desert Cypress RV Park in Wickenburg AZ $26.60 Very nice....The town also has dry dock facility for just $5 a night. on Constellation Road.

got gas at Casa Grad............mileage now is 57,126 Lordsburg dust storm-------"O Visibility Possible" the sign said......And it was VERY TRUE..Terrible!!!!!!!!! Can't see a thing!!!!! stayes at V isitor's Center/Rest Area thru dust stom.......watched the town's fireworks across the cdrossover (as did other people) enjoyed quite a show---------from our Roadtrek chairs.......Very good 4th of July with HOT DOGS AND ALL!! LEFT ABOLUT 7:50 A.M. tHE SUNRISE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

got gas at Flying J for $2.63.9 per gallon! Visited White Sands at 2:30 p.m. WOW spent n ight at Lincoln National Park.........dcool and pleasant...left at 8:51.....it was 48 degrees.

got gas in Artesia. $72.00 spent nigfht at Apache RV Park in Ft. Stockton.....left at 7:30 a.m.

got gas at HEB in Del Rio cost $2.85 per gallon. spent night at B rush Country RV Park in Carizzo Springs NICE....left at 10 a.m . cost $16.50

Bought gas at Love's in Encinada @ $2.79..........gas at Rockport $2.69 per gallon.....Texas Trop9ical Trail...Spent night at Goose Island $18.00

No hurry today! Left Goose Island at 9:30 a.m. after a full breakfast/shower. Saw evidence of lots of rains! Before we got to Bay RV Park (new!) cost $18.00
